Here is a list of projects we are currently carrying out or plan to do in the future.

Near the farmhouse, we are working to improve the existing 3-acre plot. This land currently contains an olive grove of around 110 trees, an orchard (cherries, figs, apples, pears, peaches), an orto (vegetable garden), and a small lavender field. This covers approximately 1 acre of land, with the rest being wildflower meadow and woodland. Our aim is to make this as sustainable as possible, using little water, and eventually start a small horticulture-based business.

For the farmhouse our aim is to achieve a more energy-efficient home, using on-site solar as its primary electricity source. After renovation in Spring 2024, the farmhouse will have a self-contained 1-bed apartment with kitchen, shower room, and a 1-bed studio with kitchenette and en-suite for holiday accommodation. Both lets will have their own private outside eating and seating areas.
